About this bottle
Ferrari Brut Trentodoc is a sparkling wine made from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown in the Trentino region of Italy, produced by the traditional method with secondary fermentation in the bottle, the same process used for Champagne. It's a dry style with a fresh, clean aroma of apples, peaches, and lemons and a light straw color. The palate is dry and light-bodied with fresh acidity carrying through to a long finish. Bottled at 12% ABV, it works equally well as an aperitif or alongside seafood.
How to drink Ferrari Brut Trentodoc
Serve well chilled, around 45-50°F, in a tulip glass rather than a flat coupe so the mousse and aromatics hold. It's a natural match for shellfish or a plate of prosciutto, and works just as well solo as a celebratory pour.
