About this bottle
Filey Bay Yorkshire is a special release single cask whisky distilled and matured in Yorkshire. This sherry casked expression has been aged in an Oloroso sherry cask for a minimum of 6 years before bottling. This whisky has aromas of almonds, oak, cherries and sultanas with a hint of smoke at the back. On the palate, there are notes of spices, citrus fruits, sherry and a slight sweetness. The finish is lingering with hints of oak, nuttiness and a delicate bitterness. This is a unique whisky as it is a small batch release, with only 700 bottles produced.
