Oak & Eden Round Prairie Rye, a collaboration with the band Jamestown Revival, is a small batch rye whiskey made from a mash of 95% rye and 5% malted barley, aged a minimum of two years in new, charred American oak barrels. Oak & Eden's signature touch is a spiral of toasted wood dropped into the bottle itself, continuing to add flavor after the whiskey is bottled — a technique unusual enough that it sets the brand apart from standard rye releases. The whiskey has a deep amber color with caramel, toasted oak, and baking spice on the nose, and vanilla, cinnamon, and clove on the palate.
