About this bottle
Hibiki is Suntory's flagship blended whisky line, and this 21 Year Old is a blend of malt and grain whiskies from Suntory's Yamazaki and Hakushu distilleries, aged for at least 21 years in a combination of Japanese oak (mizunara) and sherry casks. The whisky has a deep amber color and a complex aroma of dried fruits, honey, and spices. On the palate, it is smooth and mellow with notes of dried fruits, honey, and spices, and a long, lingering finish with a hint of oak.
