The Champagne itself is a Pinot Noir-driven blend of over 50 crus, the same recipe behind Veuve Clicquot's best-known bottle. The nose carries brioche and green apple, the palate is rich with fine, persistent bubbles, and the finish is crisp with real depth for a non-vintage blend.
