About this bottle
Veuve Clicquot Ice Jack Brut is the house's signature Yellow Label Brut Champagne fitted with an insulated sleeve, or ice jacket, designed to keep the bottle at proper serving temperature outside a bucket. The Champagne itself is a Pinot Noir-driven blend of over 50 crus, the same recipe behind Veuve Clicquot's best-known bottle. The nose carries brioche and green apple, the palate is rich with fine, persistent bubbles, and the finish is crisp with real depth for a non-vintage blend. Good for outdoor entertaining where a proper ice bucket isn't practical.
Serve well chilled, straight from the ice jacket, alongside oysters or a simple cheese plate.
