About this bottle
Chase Distillery in Herefordshire started as a potato farm before founder William Chase built a distillery on-site, first making Chase Vodka from his own potatoes and later expanding into gin — GB Gin is distilled from that same potato spirit base rather than the grain neutral spirit most gins use. Botanicals include juniper, elderflower, and English hops among others, giving it a genuinely English, slightly floral profile. Because it starts from potato spirit, it carries a touch more body and roundness than a typical grain-based London Dry. A solid choice for gin drinkers curious about how the base spirit changes the final character.
How to drink Chase GB Gin
