Rod & Hammer's Peach Whiskey 750ml

Rod & Hammer's Peach Whiskey comes from the SLO Stills team on California's central coast, built on a whiskey base flavoured with peach rather than on neutral spirit, so there is grain and light oak underneath the fruit instead of pure sugar. The nose is ripe yellow peach and vanilla; the palate is soft and sweet, with peach flesh, honey and a faint caramel warmth from the whiskey; the finish is short, clean and gently spiced. It is built for warm weather more than for contemplation. Serve it over plenty of ice with iced tea or lemonade, chilled as a shot, or lengthened with soda and lemon.
