About this bottle
Woodinville Straight Bourbon is distilled from a mash of corn, rye, and malted barley grown on the company's own farm in eastern Washington, then trucked over the Cascade Mountains to age in Woodinville, near Seattle — a farm-to-barrel setup the distillery controls end to end. Aged a minimum of two years in new, charred American oak, it comes out with a deep amber color and a nose of caramel, oak, and spice, a smooth, creamy palate carrying vanilla and toffee, and a long, warm finish. A dependable, well-regarded craft bourbon from the Pacific Northwest.
