Beluga Noble is a Russian vodka distilled from Siberian wheat and cut with artesian mineral water, produced by the Beluga Group in Russia's Mariinsk distillery. It's rested with a proprietary malt spirit addition and filtered through birch charcoal and quartz sand before a final polish through oat flakes — an extra step most vodkas skip, meant to round out the texture. The result is notably smooth and soft on the palate for an unflavored vodka, with a clean grain character and almost no burn. The brand takes its name and sturgeon logo from beluga caviar, positioning itself at the luxury end of the category.
