Hatzidakis Aidani 2020 is a white wine from Hatzidakis Winery on Santorini, Greece, made from the Aidani grape - a variety native to the island that's traditionally blended into Assyrtiko-based wines but is less commonly bottled on its own. Santorini's volcanic soil and old, low-lying vine training (kouloura) give its wines a distinctive minerality regardless of grape.
