About this bottle
Armand de Brignac Demi-Sec is the off-dry expression of the 'Ace of Spades' house, produced by Champagne Cattier in Reims and known as much for its pewter-finished, spade-emblazoned bottle as for the liquid inside. Demi-Sec carries a noticeably higher dosage than the brand's Brut Gold, landing on the sweeter end of the Champagne scale, with ripe orchard fruit, honey, and brioche layered over the classic Chardonnay–Pinot Noir–Pinot Meunier blend. It's built as a dessert Champagne rather than an aperitif pour, softer and richer than a standard brut.
How to drink Armand de Brignac Demi-Sec
Serve chilled alongside dessert — it's sweet enough to pair with fruit tarts or a cheese course instead of competing against sugar the way a brut would.
