Penfolds Bin 407 Cabernet Sauvignon is a full-bodied, complex and powerful red wine. It is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot, sourced from vineyards across South Australia. The wine is aged for 12 months in a combination of new and seasoned French and American oak barrels. On the nose, it offers aromas of blackcurrant, cassis, dark chocolate, tobacco and cedar. On the palate, it is rich and concentrated, with flavors of blackberry, plum, licorice and spice. The finish is long and lingering, with firm tannins and a hint of oak.
