123 Organic Blanco, the "Uno" in the 123 lineup, is an unaged blanco tequila made from certified-organic blue Weber agave. It carries USDA and EU organic certification and is bottled additive-free — no glycerin, no caramel color, nothing added to round off the agave. Expect cooked agave up front, cracked black pepper, and a lift of ripe citrus, closing on a dry, spiced finish that stays clean. Distilled at NOM 1480 in Amatitán, Jalisco, and packaged in hand-blown recycled glass, it reflects the organic program 123 has run since 2010.
