The tequila rests at least two years in ex-bourbon American white oak, which pulls the roasted agave toward caramel and chocolate. Made from 100% Blue Weber agave grown in the Jalisco Highlands, it pours silky at 80 proof, with warm oak and vanilla on the palate and a finish that lingers on oak and rich vanilla.
