Aberfeldy 16 Year is a Highland single malt Scotch from the distillery behind the Dewar's blend, built around its signature heather-honey character. Matured 16 years in oak, it carries the same DNA as the younger and older expressions in the range but with more time to round out. Expect honey, toffee, and a whisper of smoke on the nose, a smooth, mellow palate echoing those same notes, and a long, sweet finish with a touch of spice. Bottled at 40% ABV, it sits between the entry 12 Year and the older, pricier 21 Year — a solid mid-range Highland malt for regular sipping.
