Art of Spirits Frogman 'Healy' is a straight bourbon from the Frogman series, one of several bottlings the label releases under individual names. Straight bourbon carries real rules behind it: at least two years in new charred oak, nothing in the bottle but whiskey and water, no shortcuts with color or flavoring. Expect butterscotch, orange peel and light char on the nose, a palate of corn sweetness, nutmeg and dry oak, and a medium finish that lands spiced and clean. The producing distillery is not named on the label. Serve it neat in a rocks glass, or use it as the base of a boulevardier.
