Banhez Tobala Mezcal is a premium mezcal made from 100% agave Tobala. It is produced in the small village of San Juan del Rio in the state of Oaxaca, Mexico. The agave is harvested from the wild and cooked in traditional stone ovens. It is then fermented in wooden vats and double distilled in copper stills.
