Bati Dark Rum 750ml

Bati is a Fijian rum, distilled at South Pacific Distilleries in Lautoka from sugar cane grown on the islands rather than from imported stock. Island rum made from cane grown within sight of the still tends to carry a fruitier, more tropical signature, and the dark expression leans into it. The nose gives molasses, ripe banana and brown sugar, the palate is soft with caramel, dried tropical fruit and a touch of oak, and the finish is warm and moderately sweet with a light spice tail. It works either way you take it. Sip it neat over ice, or build it into a dark and stormy with plenty of lime.

Rum
