This is a limited edition single barrel bourbon from Boone County Distilling Co. in Kentucky. It is aged for 7 years in new, charred American oak barrels and has a mash bill of 70% corn, 20% wheat, and 10% malted barley. The nose is sweet and oaky with notes of caramel, vanilla, and toasted oak. The palate is smooth and creamy with flavors of caramel, toffee, and baking spices. The finish is long and warming with a hint of oak and spice. This is a great bourbon for sipping neat or in a classic cocktail.
