Bottled at cask strength — 58.3% ABV, 116.6 proof — the sherry cask adds dried fruit, dark chocolate, and a wine-like richness that sits alongside the smoke rather than fighting it. The nose leans more toward bonfire and raisins than the ex-bourbon expression, and the finish is long, smoky, and slightly sweet from the sherry influence. Best suited to a peat lover who also enjoys sherried Scotch and wants to see how the two combine.

How to drink Octomore 13.2
