About this bottle
Capurro Pisco Quebranta is a Peruvian pisco made from the Quebranta grape, a non-aromatic variety unique to Peru and one of the eight grapes legally permitted in Peruvian pisco production. Pisco is a clear, unaged grape brandy, distilled once and bottled without any oak influence, which lets the grape's own character come through directly. The nose carries grape spirit and light florals, the palate is smooth with a mineral edge typical of Quebranta, and the finish is clean and dry. Good for a classic pisco sour or sipping neat.
