About this bottle

Casa Del Sol Reposado is a 100% blue Weber agave tequila from the Jalisco region of Mexico, aged four months in a combination of French oak and ex-cognac barrels before bottling at 40% ABV. That barrel mix gives it a light golden color and a rounder profile than a typical reposado, with cooked agave, honey and dried dates on the nose and palate, backed by a soft herbal note. The finish is smooth and mellow rather than sharp, closing out easy instead of lingering hot. It works equally well sipped on its own or built into a cocktail, which makes it a flexible bottle for someone who doesn't want to choose between the two.

How to drink Casa Del Sol Reposado

Sip it neat or over one rock to catch the honey and dried-date notes, or build it into a Reposado Margarita or Paloma if you'd rather mix — the ex-cognac barrel influence holds up fine either way.
