About this bottle
Chandon California Extra Dry Riche is a sparkling wine from Domaine Chandon, the Napa-based sparkling house founded by French Champagne producer Moët & Chandon. "Riche" indicates an extra-dry to slightly sweeter style than a standard Brut, with more residual sugar left in the wine. The nose carries ripe apple and citrus, the palate is fuller and sweeter than a Brut with fine bubbles, and the finish is smooth and lightly sweet. Good for a mimosa base or for drinkers who prefer their sparkling wine on the sweeter side of the spectrum.
Serve well chilled, around 45°F, on its own or as the base for a mimosa.
