Chateau De Lacquy Bas Armagnac is a premium brandy produced in the Armagnac region of France. It is made from a blend of Ugni Blanc, Folle Blanche and Colombard grapes, and is aged in oak barrels for at least two years. The 1711 vintage is a particularly special edition, as it is made from grapes harvested in the same year as the signing of the Treaty of Utrecht. This Armagnac is a deep golden color, with aromas of dried fruits, nuts, and spices. On the palate, it is smooth and mellow, with flavors of dried apricots, prunes, and a hint of oak.
