Cincoro Anejo Tequila 375 ml

Cincoro Anejo is the aged expression from the tequila house founded by five NBA team owners, Michael Jordan among them. Cincoro draws agave from both the highlands and the lowlands of Jalisco, which is unusual since most brands commit to one or the other, and the blend is what gives the range its mix of bright and earthy character. Aged in oak and bottled at 40% ABV, the anejo runs to caramel, dried fruit and toasted oak on the nose with cooked agave still audible underneath. The palate is soft and full, with butterscotch, vanilla and baking spice, and the finish is long and lightly peppered. Drink it neat in a heavy glass after dinner.
