Convite Mezcal Joven is a blended mezcal combining espadín, the most common cultivated agave, with madrecuishe, a leaner wild relative, giving a profile that layers espadín's approachable roundness with madrecuishe's more mineral edge. As a joven, it goes straight from the still to the bottle with no wood aging, so the roasted-agave and smoke character from traditional pit-roasting comes through most directly. Expect smoky, earthy agave on the nose, a layered mineral-and-vegetal palate, and a dry finish.
