Courage & Conviction Sherry Cask is an American single malt whisky distilled, matured, and bottled at Virginia Distillery Company in Lovingston, Virginia, and finished in sherry casks under the guidance of consulting blender Nancy Fraley. Like its Bourbon Cask and Cuvée Cask siblings, it's made from 100% malted barley and matured a minimum of four years before the sherry finish adds its signature dried-fruit depth. Expect raisin, toffee, and dark chocolate layered over the malt's base honey and oak character, with more richness and less citrus than the bourbon-cask version. Bottled at 92 proof.
