Deanston 20 Year Old is a single malt Scotch whisky from the Deanston Distillery, a converted cotton mill on the banks of the River Teith in the Scottish Highlands. Matured for two decades in ex-bourbon casks and bottled non-chill filtered at natural colour, it carries the distillery's signature soft, mineral-driven character shaped by the Teith's spring water. The nose opens with honey, ripe orchard fruit, and vanilla oak, moving to a palate of toffee, baked apple, and a light nutty spice. The finish is long, warm, and gently drying. This is a whisky for patient sippers who favor mellow, fruit-forward Highland malts over big peat or sherry bombs.
