Dia de la Sirena Reposado is a 100% blue agave tequila from a small Mexican producer, rested in oak for several months past the blanco stage — the minimum for reposado status is two months, and most brands land closer to four to six. That time in wood softens the raw agave bite of the blanco and layers in vanilla, light caramel, and a touch of oak spice while keeping the agave character up front. It's built as a middle-ground bottle: more depth than a blanco, less oak-forward than an anejo.
