That extended aging gives it a rich, complex flavor profile with notes of vanilla, caramel, and oak layered over the base agave and smoke character mezcal is known for. It has a smooth, velvety texture with a long, lingering finish, working well for sipping neat or in a cocktail. Each bottle holds 750 ml.
