El Dorado Aged 21 Years Rum is a premium rum from Guyana. It is made from a blend of rums aged for a minimum of 21 years in oak barrels. The rum is a deep mahogany color with aromas of dried fruit, toffee, and spice. On the palate, it is smooth and mellow with flavors of caramel, vanilla, and oak. The finish is long and lingering with notes of molasses and spice. This is an excellent sipping rum and can also be used in cocktails.
