High-ester rums are pot-distilled to concentrate the funky, fruit-forward congeners that give Demerara rum its signature intensity, and this blend leans hard into that style: dark molasses, ripe banana, and a resinous, almost pungent fruit note up front, giving way to baking spice and scorched sugar on a long, warming finish. Built for rum drinkers chasing the wilder end of the Demerara spectrum, not a mixing rum.
