It's a pechuga-style mezcal, distilled a second and third time with local bacon and ripe mango, pineapple, and guava suspended in the still, so the steam carries their fat and fruit into the spirit. Only 300 liters were produced in June 2021. The result layers smoky, savory bacon fat and roasted agave against bright tropical fruit sweetness, finishing long and complex.
