Pouilly-Fuisse sits south of the Cote de Beaune and shares its grape while trading some of Burgundy's higher-end richness for bright, mineral-driven fruit — expect pale gold color, orchard fruit and white flowers on the nose, with a round, slightly creamy palate balanced by real acidity and a stony finish.
