Black Rebel Motorcycle Club Whiskey is a collaboration between FEW Spirits of Evanston, Illinois and the band of the same name, one of a handful of music projects the distillery has put its name to. FEW mills and mashes its own grain and distils in small batches, and the house style tends toward grain-forward whiskey with a bit of grit to it rather than polish. Expect toasted cereal and vanilla on the nose, a palate of caramel, baking spice and dark fruit, and a finish that runs warm and dry. Drink it neat, or let it do the heavy lifting in a whiskey and soda.
