Garrison Brothers Guadalupe Bourbon is a small-batch, single-barrel bourbon whiskey made from a mash bill of corn, rye, and malted barley. It is aged in new, charred American oak barrels for a minimum of four years and bottled at a minimum of 90 proof. This bourbon has a deep amber color and a nose of sweet caramel, toasted oak, and vanilla. On the palate, it is smooth and creamy with notes of toasted oak, caramel, and baking spices. The finish is long and lingering with a hint of sweetness. This bourbon is perfect for sipping neat or on the rocks.
