Garrison Brothers HoneyDew is a honey-finished bourbon from Garrison Brothers, Texas's first legal bourbon distillery, built around their base straight bourbon finished with Texas Hill Country honey. Texas's hot climate ages whiskey aggressively compared to Kentucky, so the base spirit already carries more oak extraction before the honey finish adds a layer of natural sweetness on top. Expect vanilla and honey on the nose, a rich, sweet palate with real oak underneath, and a warm, sticky-sweet finish.
