Glenmorangie X is a no-age-statement single malt Scotch built specifically for cocktails rather than neat sipping, matured in ex-bourbon casks the way all Glenmorangie whiskies are — but blended and bottled with mixability as the design goal rather than complexity for its own sake. It leans sweeter and more citrus-forward than Glenmorangie's flagship 10 Year Original, with vanilla, honey, and orange notes that hold up well against mixers instead of getting buried by them. It's the distillery's answer to the idea that single malt Scotch has to be sipped neat.

How to drink Glenmorangie X
