The Guerra Seca Sotol (Batch GS002) is a premium sotol made from wild-harvested sotol plants from the Chihuahuan Desert in Mexico. This batch is made from the rare and highly sought-after Espadín variety of sotol. It is double distilled and aged for six months in American oak barrels. The result is a smooth and complex spirit with notes of oak, vanilla, and agave. The finish is long and smooth with a hint of smoke. Enjoy this sotol neat or in a variety of cocktails.
