Guillon Painturaud Vsop 750 ml

Guillon-Painturaud VSOP is a Cognac from Guillon-Painturaud, a small, family-run estate producing from its own vineyards rather than buying eaux-de-vie from growers the way larger Cognac houses often do. As a VSOP, it's required to rest a minimum of four years in oak, generally landing between the youthful VS and the older XO tiers in aging time. Expect dried fruit, vanilla and light oak spice typical of VSOP-level Cognac, with the more personal, less blended character that comes from a small estate producer.
