Harahorn Norwegian Small Batch Gin is produced by Aass Bryggeri, Norway's oldest brewery, using Nordic botanicals such as juniper and angelica alongside more classic gin ingredients, distilled in small batches. Norwegian juniper and angelica root both carry a colder, more resinous character than warmer-climate botanicals. Expect juniper, angelica root and light citrus on the nose, a crisp, herbaceous palate with a clean pine-like edge, and a dry, spicy finish.
