High West Bourye takes its name from blending straight bourbon and straight rye whiskeys together into one bottling — a combination High West built its reputation on before it began distilling its own spirit. The bourbon brings caramel, vanilla, and baking-spice sweetness while the rye whiskey layers in black pepper and a drier, spicier edge, giving the blend more complexity than either grain alone.
