Highland Park Full Volume is a 17-year-old single malt Scotch whisky from the Orkney Islands, part of the distillery's music-inspired Icons series. It combines Highland Park's signature peat-smoked malt with sherry-matured whisky, bottled at 48.7% ABV. Expect a deep, layered dram: sweet sherry and dried fruit up front, gentle smoke running underneath, and warm spice building through to a long, lingering finish. At 17 years old it carries more weight and complexity than Highland Park's core 12 and 18 year expressions. Serve it neat, with time to let the smoke and sherry separate.
