The nose is of orange blossoms and warm hay with just a tinge of peat. The taste is delightful with orange zest and marzipan with a little bitterness to offset the fruity sweetness. All in all, a very good Scotch for the price!
Distilled on Orkney since 1798, Highland Park 12 Year Viking Honour is a single malt Scotch built on sherry-seasoned European and American oak and the island's own heathery peat. The distillery cuts its peat from Hobbister Moor, and it burns floral rather than medicinal — the reason the smoke in this whisky drifts instead of dominates. Expect heather honey and orange peel up front, dried fruit and gentle winter spice beneath, and a long finish where the smoke finally steps forward. The US bottling arrives at 86 proof, full enough to hold its shape in the glass yet easy to drink slowly. A first serious Scotch for the bourbon curious, and a shelf staple for everyone who already made the trip.

What is your standard shipping rate?

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
- Email us a picture at Support@liquorverse.com and we will make sure to send you a replacement bottle ASAP!
What do I do if a courier does not deliver my package?
- On rare occasions couriers will mishandle your package and deem it damaged before it arrives and send it back to our warehouse. If this happens to you, please send us an email at support@liquorverse.com. We will send you a new bottle!
