Highland Park Valknut is a single malt Scotch whisky from the Highland Park distillery in Orkney, Scotland. It is a limited edition whisky, released in 2018 to celebrate the Norse god Odin. The whisky is made from a combination of Highland Park’s signature peat-smoked malt and unpeated malt, and is aged in a combination of first-fill sherry-seasoned European oak casks and refill American oak casks. The whisky has a deep golden color and a smoky, sweet aroma with notes of dried fruit, toffee, and spice. On the palate, it is smooth and creamy with flavors of honey, toffee, and dried fruit, and a long, smoky finish
