Indri Trini Three Wood is an Indian single malt whisky that earns its name from three casks — ex-bourbon, ex-French wine, and Pedro Ximénez sherry — married after maturing in the heat of Haryana. Piccadily Distilleries distills it from Indian six-row barley and bottles it at 46 percent with no chill filtration and no added color, letting the subtropical climate drive a faster, deeper maturation than any cool-climate warehouse could. The result runs tropical: mango and ripe stone fruit up front, toffee and dark chocolate underneath, a warm drift of cinnamon and dried fruit on the close.
