Jefferson's Ocean Wheated Mashbill Single Barrel, Voyage 32, is a wheated straight bourbon that spends its final years crossing oceans by ship rather than sitting still in a rickhouse. The constant motion and shifting climates push barrel interaction harder than land-based aging, giving it more roundness and oak depth than the standard time in barrel would suggest. This is Voyage 32 specifically — each voyage is its own single barrel, so this bottling won't repeat. Bottled at 90 proof.
