About this bottle
Kings County Straight Bourbon is the flagship whiskey from Kings County Distillery in Brooklyn, New York, the oldest continuously operating whiskey distillery in New York City since before Prohibition, made from a high-corn mash bill and aged in small barrels that mature faster in a NYC warehouse than the larger barrels used in Kentucky. Expect corn sweetness, vanilla and light oak on the nose, a smooth, approachable palate with caramel and baking spice, and a moderate, warm finish. It's a genuinely urban, grain-to-glass bourbon rather than sourced whiskey.
