La Tierra de Acre Espadín Joven is a 100% Espadín agave mezcal from Oaxaca, Mexico, hand-distilled in copper stills using traditional methods. As the most widely cultivated mezcal agave, Espadín gives this joven a balanced, approachable profile — smoky but not overwhelming, with ripe fruit and honey on the nose. On the palate, expect smoke and stone fruit with a light peppery finish, unaged and bottled close to how it comes off the still. It's a solid entry point into the La Tierra de Acre range and into mezcal generally.
How to drink La Tierra de Acre Espadín Joven
Neat in a small glass is the traditional way to taste it, maybe with an orange slice on the side. It also works as a smoky base for a mezcal margarita if you want it mixed.
